My Guy Services – Terms, Conditions & Policies

By booking, requesting, or using services provided by My Guy Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “Rider”) agree to the following Terms & Policies.

  1. Services Provided

My Guy Services offers: • Private driving and ride services • Hourly and per-minute transportation • Delivery of personal items, packages, food, and equipment • Event, long-distance, and specialty transport

Note: My Guy Services is a private transportation and delivery provider and is not affiliated with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or similar platforms.

  1. Booking & Eligibility • Clients must be 18 years or older to book services. • Clients must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and delivery information. • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety, legality, or policy violations.

  1. Pricing & Payment • Pricing may be calculated based on: • Time (per minute or hourly) • Distance • Flat rate • A combination of the above • All prices provided prior to service are estimates only. • Estimates do not include wait time, traffic delays, detours, tolls, extended stops, or unforeseen circumstances. • Final pricing is calculated at the completion of service. • Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless prepaid. • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and approved digital payments. • Failure to submit payment may result in service refusal, account suspension, or legal action.

  1. Wait Time & Delays • Wait time begins at the scheduled pickup time. • Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or law enforcement are outside our control. • Additional wait time is billable and added to the final charge.

  1. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. • No-shows may be charged for time reserved and travel already performed. • If a client is more than 10 minutes late without communication, the service may be canceled and billed accordingly.

  1. Client Conduct & Safety

Clients must: • Wear seatbelts at all times • Follow driver instructions related to safety

The following are strictly prohibited: • Illegal substances • Open alcohol containers • Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle • Abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior • Weapons unless legally permitted and disclosed in advance

Violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

  1. Deliveries • Clients are responsible for ensuring all items are legal and safe to transport. • We do not transport: • Illegal substances • Hazardous materials • Explosives or undisclosed firearms • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging. • Delivery is considered complete upon drop-off at the provided location.

  1. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning • Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused during service, including but not limited to: • Spills • Stains • Vomit • Scratches • Excessive dirt • Smoke or vape residue • Cleaning and repair fees will be charged accordingly.

  1. Lost or Forgotten Items • My Guy Services is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items. • Retrieval of items, if possible, may require an additional service fee.

  1. Liability • Client agrees that the maximum liability of My Guy Services for any claim, loss, damage, or dispute arising from the service is limited to the total amount paid for the service. • We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or third-party actions. • Clients assume all risks associated with transportation and delivery services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Insurance • Vehicles are insured in compliance with applicable state laws. • Clients acknowledge that My Guy Services operates as a private service provider, not a common carrier.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes • Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal initiated for any reason will result in immediate legal action. • Clients agree that chargebacks will result in additional charges, including but not limited to: • Chargeback and processing fees • Administrative and recovery costs • Collection fees • Attorney’s fees and court costs, where permitted by law • My Guy Services may submit all supporting evidence, including GPS data, timestamps, pricing records, communications, and service logs, to payment processors, collection agencies, and courts. • Accounts associated with a chargeback will be permanently suspended from future services.

  1. Vehicle Cameras & Audio Recording • By entering the vehicle, clients and passengers acknowledge and consent to the presence of audio and video recording devices. • Recording may include: • Interior and exterior video • Interior audio • Time, date, and location data • Recording may occur at all times during service, including pickup, transit, stops, and drop-off. • Recordings may be reviewed, stored, and used for: • Dispute resolution • Chargeback defense • Safety and incident investigations • Legal proceedings • Compliance with law enforcement requests • Recordings are not shared publicly and are retained only as long as reasonably necessary unless required by law. • Refusal to enter the vehicle is considered refusal of service.

  1. Refusal & Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, end a trip early, or cancel future bookings if: • A client violates these Terms • Payment issues occur • Safety concerns arise

  1. Dispute Resolution • Any service-related disputes must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. • Failure to report issues within this timeframe may waive the right to dispute.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or entering a My Guy Services vehicle, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Policies in full.
