Mutual Respect & Kindness
ALDrive is built on respect, professionalism, and kindness.
We expect:
• Riders and drivers to treat one another with courtesy and respect
• Calm, respectful communication at all times
Disrespectful, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward a rider or driver is not tolerated and may result in:
• Immediate ride termination
• Permanent suspension from ALDrive services
For drivers, any violation of these standards may result in immediate termination.
We believe everyone deserves to feel safe and respected.
Comfort & Ride Preferences
Your comfort matters.
At any time during your ride, please feel free to:
• Request temperature or climate adjustments
• Share comfort-related preferences
• Ask reasonable and respectful questions
Drivers are encouraged to communicate openly as well.
All requests should be realistic, respectful, and safety-focused.
Phone Charging & Convenience
Need to charge your phone? Just ask.
• Charging cables or charging access may be available upon request
• Please handle charging equipment with care
• Availability may vary by vehicle

Complimentary Snacks & Refreshments
ALDrive is happy to offer complimentary snacks, candy, and drinks for our riders.
To help us keep this service available for everyone:
• Please enjoy snacks in moderation
• Dispose of wrappers and containers in the trash provided
• Be mindful that refreshments are shared among all ALDrive clients
Your cooperation helps keep the vehicle clean and ready for the next rider.
Health, Safety & Clean Air
Your health and the comfort of others are very important to us.
If you are experiencing:
• A cold, flu, or virus
• Any contagious or airborne illness
We kindly ask that you wear a face mask during the ride.
For everyone’s safety:
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted in ALDrive vehicles
• This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, or any smoking devices
🚫 Smoking inside the vehicle will result in a $100 smoking and odor-removal fee.
Wait Time & Wait Fees
We respect your time and our drivers’ time, and we do our best to keep every ride running smoothly.
• Please be ready at your scheduled pickup time
• A short courtesy wait of up to 4 minutes is provided at pickup
• After 4 minutes, wait-time fees will begin to apply
Wait-time fees help ensure drivers can stay on schedule and continue providing reliable service to all ALDrive clients.
If you anticipate needing extra time, please let dispatch or your driver know in advance whenever possible.
Helping Us Keep the Vehicle Clean
A clean vehicle allows for:
• Faster pickups
• A more comfortable ride
• A better experience for everyone
Before exiting, we kindly ask that you:
• Check your seating area
• Take all personal items with you
• Dispose of any trash in the provided container
Working together helps keep ALDrive running smoothly.
Lost & Found Items
If an item is left in the vehicle:
• Contact ALDrive Lost & Found Division as soon as possible: 205-900-5563
• A $15-$20 return fee may apply
• The fee must be paid in advance
ALDrive is not responsible for lost items but will assist when possible.

ALDrive accepts:
• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• Apple Pay / Tap to Pay
• Cash App
• Cash
Please note:
• All fares must be paid in advance
• Checks are not accepted
• Cash payments should be exact or near-exact
• Drivers carry limited change at their discretion
Advance Payments & Deposits
• All trips require advance payment
• Trips listed as “destination as directed” require a minimum $10 deposit
• Deposits are applied toward the total fare
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand plans may change.
• Cancellations must be made within 10 minutes of a confirmed booking
• After the grace period, a cancellation fee may apply
• Fees typically start around $15-$20 may vary based on:
– Ride type
– Distance (Miles)
– Membership or package status
– Service tier
Applicable fees are charged to the card on file.
