No. ALDrive provides non-emergency, non-medical transportation only.
Do you assist clients inside buildings or stores?
Yes. Upon request, ALDrive may escort clients to and from doors and accompany them into clinics, stores, or other establishments.
Can you help with shopping or errands?
Yes. Assisted Client Care Rides may include help during shopping or errands when requested in advance.
Do you physically lift or carry clients?
No. Physical lifting or carrying is not provided.
Is this service good for seniors or disabled clients?
Yes. This service is designed specifically for clients who benefit from extra patience, time, and personal assistance.
Can family members book this service?
Yes. Family members or caregivers are welcome to book on behalf of a client and note assistance needs during booking.
Is pricing different for assisted rides?
